Terms & Conditions of Hire

Safety instruction for customers when inflatable play equipment is delivered


It is the responsibility of the customer (hirer) to ensure all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

  1. This unit has an age limit.

  2. No food or drinks on the inflatable

  3. All badges jewellery earrings necklaces etc must be removed it is recommended that spectacles are also removed.

  4. No face paints, party poppers, or silly string must not be used near or on the inflatable as this can stain.

  5. No smoking near the inflatable.

  6. No climbing or hanging on the walls its DANGEROUS.

  7. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

  8. Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded and the children are similar ages if the children are colliding with each other it’s overcrowded.

  9. If the inflatable isn’t being used for any part of the day please switch off the blower at the wall this will reduce your electricity bill.

  10. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step/apron this is to help people get on and off the inflatable.

  11. Ensure no one with a history of neck or back problems is allowed on the inflatable.

  12. Do not allow anyone on the inflatable when inflating or deflating.

  13. Note: In the event of heavy rain its strongly recommended you switch off the inflatable, any wetness including bubbling can be dried with a towel, a small picnic table being placed over the blower will help it from sucking water in and then into the inflatable.

  14. If the inflatable is damaged or stolen you will be responsible for the replacement of the inflatable and possible loss of earnings.

  15. The blower at the back may have a safety reset button, in the event that it over heats or loses power switch it off at the mains and then switch it back on one or two minutes later and it should restart if it does not or there is a power cut inform us IMMEDIATELY.

  16. Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

  17. If you are unsure about anything please contact us. 

  18. Bouncy castles cannot be hired out in winds or gusts exceeding 24 MPH.


  • Please note all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk.

  • The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

  • These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.

  • Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
